According to Spanish Decree nº 143/2002, from November 14th, on Rural Tourism Accommodation in the Principality of Asturias, we inform you that:

“...when the withdrawal (cancellation) is communicated more than seven and less than fifteen days prior to the date of occupancy, the owner of the establishment may retain 50% of the deposit, or the entire amount if the communication is made within seven days prior to that date.”...

“...If the customer does not arrive at the establishment before 8:00 p.m. on the date specified for the start of the stay, the reservation will be considered canceled...”
